My experience

Born and raised in Spain, health&fitness changed my life many years ago, and I want to give that back by changing your life too. I've trained and specialized in different disciplines during those years: functional fitness, CrossFit, Olympic lifting, body-building... I've seen the good and the bad in each one of them: what works and what doesn't. Let me take create the most efficient action plan for you and your own circumstances.

My coaching

I'll teach you to get from point A to point B. I'll break your journey down into pieces and keep you focused and accountable whilst making your unique process fun and enjoyable. We'll work on your form, on learning new skills and on how to stay consistent with all the other stresses in life.
What before felt like a big, overwhelming information ocean, it will become small manageable steps that make sense and feel good! I'm here to guide and support you, making sure that you keep moving in the right direction.

My vision

I believe every single person will thrive more in life if they thrive with their fitness. I've seen it happen and I've experienced it myself.

I'm not talking about how many kilos you can squat or if you can do pull ups and back flips, I'm talking about feeling confident performing exercises, learning about how to move, getting stronger, improving mobility, prioritizing recovery, a balanced nutrition, etc. Those are aspects that everyone can work on no matter of their age, weight and other conditions.

Building a strong body that moves well has been proven to be extremely beneficial on longevity, increasing metabolism, building a more robust immune system and decreasing risk of developing other health conditions. And all this can be achieved spending a bunch of minutes a week at the gym/home gym? What a great investment!!
